Education
2025 – Present – Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Emory University
I am currently on a pre-med track with the goal of becoming a pathologist, where I can combine my interests in chemistry, biology, and medicine in a hands on, investigative way. I’m especially interested in how diseases operate at the molecular and cellular level, and I’m particularly drawn to cell analysis as a way to better understand rare and complex conditions.
In the future, I see myself working in a hospital laboratory, performing detailed diagnostic testing on patient specimens, and analyzing cellular changes to help identify disease. I hope to eventually contribute to improving diagnostics, especially for rare or overlooked diseases.
Other Interests
In my free time, I enjoy staying active through weightlifting and have been practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu for most of my life, along with wrestling. I also like baking and trying out new recipes, and I enjoy reading, especially when it’s something interesting related to science or just a good book to unwind with.
